| Introduction | We ARE NOT in any way affiliated with the Home Owners Board, but rather act as a medium between the Residents and the HOA Board. The Residents' Sub-Committee is a resource for All Residents, both Owners and Renters, and looks to resolve Resident issues in a timely and efficient manner. This website will be a main tool for the Residents' Sub-Committee and we will be updating it continually to meet the needs of our Residents. We will be going door to door with a sign-up sheet and encourage any and all to participate in the Residents' Sub-Committee. (Renters, even though you do not own, you have as much say on what goes on in your community.) To minimize costs, we ask that you provide an E-mail address as your primary contact. Signing-up requires no cost and no meetings. You determine how much you would like to be involved. |
