| Introduction | Started embroidery and knitting at eight years old. I still remember my first sewing adventure at ten with my mother's sewing machine. Became enchanted with Amish quilts in 1974 at the Kurtztown, PA Fair. Began quilting September, 1980. Began Winterquilts in 1981. With the help of my dear friend Theresa, the Patchwork Boutique lady, began teaching, repairing and finishing quilts thirty years ago. After spending 23 years teaching adult education and life skills, I am taking some time to quilt full time. |
