| Introduction | I have leadership backgrounds in business and IT and am a Certified Scrum Trainer. I serve as a Scrum trainer, coach,and mentor and help people and organizations quickly deliver quality technical products that delight customers. I served on the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors from March 2008 throuh October 2010 including a term as Chair from September 2009 until October 2010. I have also served in various leadership and support capacities in other non-profit professional associations. I have authored a variety of articles in IT and insurance industry publications, and I speak at industry conferences and seminars.
