| Introduction | I was born on the east coast and moved to the west coast when I was 23, no stops along the way. Clearly, I'm a coastal gal. I'm fairly certain this is where I'll remain. Mine is a happy lot. I share my life with my devoted husband of 41 years and counting. We've been a couple for 46 I have two grown children, two grandchildren and a wonderful son-in-law. My very dear siblings and their assorted families figure very largely in my life as well. My innate role in life is to be a Pleaser. I'm a contradictory combination of vanity and insecurity. Life is hard but life is good and I've been most fortunate with the hand life has dealt me. |

Montgomery, Betty Smith, Anya Seton, Diana Gabaldon, Stephen King, Rosamund Pilcher, Janet Evanovich, LaVyrle Spencer, Laura Ingalls Wilder, Sue Kidd Monk, James Clavell, Mary Lasswell, Daphne du Maurier and so many more. So many books to read; not enough time. |
