Introduction Linda C. Fritz is the principal of Conflict Resolution (ConflictResolution.com). She has been engaged in the practice of law for 24 years and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. A trial attorney/litigator for more than 16 years, she has been a full-time mediator and arbitrator since 1999 and is affiliated with JAMS. She is also a conflict resolution consultant. She is a diplomat with the California Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and has served as a Special Master in four separate class actions. She has presided over more than 1750 mediations and arbitrations since 1990. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where she has taught negotiation, mediation and arbitration ("ADR") to law school students since 1994. She was selected for inclusion in the 2006 edition of "Who's Who in American Teachers" and is a 2007 Honorary Member of Madison's "Who's Who". She is an accomplished and entertaining public speaker who has expertise on a wide range of topics, including ethics, bias in the workplace, employment issues, real estate matters, conflict resolution and negotiation strategies.
