Introduction	Baking has always been a passion of mine since I can remember...one very early memory involves me standing on a chair to help mum flip pikelets. It meant I could steal a couple while they were still piping hot from the pan! The decorating side of things has only come out in the last year or so and I'm enjoying constantly learning new things from books and other decorating blogs out there. Oh and of course eating them in the end. I am only just starting to realise the world of photography and how damn hard it can be to take good photos of food. My respect for food photographers and other fantastic bloggers out there has increased phenomenally! I also love to read novels in my spare time, but have never been a writer...so I like the idea of writing small pieces that won't be too harshly judged. So now I am adding blogging to this list
