| Introduction | I am a simple and complex woman. I have my priorities straight in my mind, but do not always make choices that reflect first things first. What is my first priority? God. Yes, it is that simple. What is next first priority? Me. Yes, it is that complex. I am happily married to my highschool sweetheart, a mother of 5, a former home schooling mom, a grandmother of 3, a farm girl reluctantly living in a city. What do I do? I serve in pastoral care with people who have developmental disabilities and I am a parttime assistant pastor. Yup, I am busy. That is part of my complexity. Oh, and I recently cut down my 50 plus ounces of coffee to 14 ounces plus lots of herbal tea. One more thing, I am a proud Navy mom. |

Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
