| Introduction | I worked in education for 15 years as a private tutor, classroom instructor, and curriculum developer. I began my career in education as a student aide for mainstreamed, special-needs students, which has enabled me to view education from the position of student advocate as well as teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in history from Towson Univerity in Towson, Maryland, and am currently pursuing my interest in freelance writing. Two of my articles have been accepted for publication. |
