| Introduction | I love making lists. Period. Its my way of decluttering my head space and getting things done. And on quite the contrary I am an impulsive runner ....in running and training for over 10 marathons that I have participated in last couple of years I have never followed any plan or routine. I run as much and as fast or slow I feel like. this probably stems from my impulsive nature outside of running. Whatever it maybe, it keeps running fun and full of surprises! |
