| Introduction | I am currently a Sports Med. Major at Pepperdine University, but I am from Grand Junction, Colorado. I have always played sports, but I became extremely interested in health and fitness when I started working at Golds Gym in GJ when I was 16. I became a fitness instructor, thanks to many supportive family and friends, and the rest is history. Health and fitness is my life. I am the Student Fitness Manager at Pepperdine and love helping and teaching others. I am looking for a new way to help spread my passion for health and fitness and I am hoping you will join me! |
