| Introduction | I have been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for nearly 20 years. That means that I eat both dairy and eggs, but not meat, poultry or fish. My husband, on the other hand, is a dedicated omnivore (and you can check out his reviews of Chicago's best burgers on In Re: Burgers). We're always on the lookout for places we can both enjoy eating out together. Unfortunately, many restaurants are still trotting out the same old tired, bland vegetarian options. I'm here to call out the Chicago restaurants that need to step up their vegetarian game, and rain glory and praise upon those who do right by everyone! What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?
First, I would eat the gingerbread house. Then, I would camouflage myself to blend in with whatever surrounded the gingerbread house.
