Introduction	From the age of 8 years old I had in me the passion to become a writer. I remember sitting by my mother's 1950s radio with paper and pencil, and jotted down as much news that was reported as I could, then making 5 copies, went door-to-door around the neighborhood selling them for 5cents each! When I got home, I held out my right hand with 5 nickles in it, and said to mother, "Look what I made!" She was beside herself about my endeavor, and made me return each and every coin. Shortly thereafter, I created poem after poem after poem, not even realizing the what, where, and why's of it all. It all escalated to doing freelance stories for two local newspapers, writing poetry, now as a matured woman, doing creative writing for some elementary schools, and presently, have a children's manuscript ready to be presented to a couple publishers. Each and every day new stories, or book titles come to me--I can't keep up! So I write them down. The mind is always thinking. Follow your dream is my motto. Do it with your whole heart and soul. You can make it happen.
