Introduction	I am a 34 year old Electronics Engineer in Western Florida. My Wife and I have lived here for about 4 years, we like the weather although by the end of summer we are just waiting for the heat and humidity to go away. I enjoy spending time with my wife and Roxy(our furry daughter). One of the benefits of Florida is the ability to use the Grill all year round, and I like to take full advantage of it.
