| Introduction | Shane pastors a non-traditional church comprised mostly of current or former students of Malone College, where he teaches, Bible, theology, leadership, and homiletics. He is an adjunct prof and doctoral advisor for the leadership concentration in the Doctoral program at Ashland Theological Seminary, his alma mater, where he has taught leadership, administration, evangelism, counseling, and homiletics. He is an affiliate faculty member for Indiana Wesleyan University in Cleveland, where he teaches leadership, managment, and apologetics. Shane also serves as a pastoral counselor to A/G clergy and their families. He has earned a B.A in Pastoral Ministries from Southeastern University (1984), and an M.Div. in Bible (1998) and a D.Min. in Leadership (2003) from Ashland Theological Seminary.
