| Introduction | I lead an ordinary life-- something I've always felt to be the fate of ordinary people-- certainly not myself. Until now, I have dismissed the ordinary life as a circumstance in which extraordinary things cannot happen. But recent events have made me grateful to be an ordinary person leading an ordinary life, and I have decided to let extraordinary things start happening to me. I will document them here. |
| Favorite movies | The list of my favorite musicals grows constantly. I also enjoy foreign films, as well as most Pixar releases, and refuse on principle to watch any of the Twilight movies all the way through. |
| Favorite music | The shorter list would be to name the music I do not enjoy at one time or another. |
| Favorite books | To Kill a Mockingbird, A Thousand Splendid Suns, Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and anything by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I could (and do) read Love in the Time of Cholera over and over and over again. |
