Introduction	Welcome to my Blog. I am a beginning runner. I've run several 5k's, 10 k's and a half marathon. Now I am training for a FULL MARATHON. I want to blog about my experience to show others how fun and rewarding it is and to hopefully encourage others to try it. I especially want to envourage AfricanAmerican women to adopt a healthy exercice program whether it's running or some other activity. If I can do it so can you!
