BHARATIYA KALA KENDRA started in 1948, is devoted to the development of Indian dance, music, Literature and other performing arts. B.V.B. has been a temple of cultural activities. The importance of cultural activities to the people of Mumbai needs no emphasis. KALA KENDRA develops and promotes amateur talents in various fields such as DRAMA, DANCE, MUSIC and CHILDREN THEATRE. So that they can be exposed to the masses & given an opportunity to exhibit there talent. The Kala Kendra organizes cultural programs of various kinds of awareness as well as arranges lectures cum demonstrations on the various art forms. It also reinforces the importance of the ‘INDIAN LIERATURE’. |
