Introduction	I am Crystal, the daughter of Truman Berst, Master Herbalist. More than 20 years ago, I helped start Alternative Health & Herbs Remedies. I went away to raise a family and take care of my husband. I have known about the use of herbs most of my life. I have used them on a small scale with great success. I have always wanted to have John change his eating habits, but he didn't want it bad enough. Well he has finally decided he wants it bad enough. So starting July 20, 2009, John is going on a program that Dr. John R. Christopher had implemented many years ago, called the "Incurables Program" If any of you have heard of it, let me know. I would be very interested in knowing the experiences you have had with it. Anyway, I have created this blog, so I can keep track of the day to day ups and downs.
