| Introduction | The AAVC Pear Tree Pens Women's team is a grass roots development team, with a focus on encouraging more women to race by creating a mentoring, supportive environment. Though we're typically not the most dominant team, we have supported a number of superstars early in their racing careers. We are a cohesive group of women with total dedication to the goals of the team and women's cycling. Outside of cycling, we are all professionals, balancing careers, education, training, racing, friends, and family. |
