| Introduction | I'm not a doctor, nor am I a scientist. I like to research all types of things that might be interesting to me. One day I happened upon a youtube video of Dr.Lustig and thus my research into food began,the good, bad and ugly of it. Soon I was on a mission to find out all I could about GMOs, Caveman and Paleo diets,recipes,cures and more.
