IntroductionI am a senior analyst/project director at Abt SRBI Inc. I was formerly an associate research scientist at the Cohen Center for Modern Jewish Studies and Steinhardt Social Research Institute at Brandeis University. While at Brandeis, I also served from time to time as a lecturer in the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program at Brandeis, where I taught intro stats. I am particularly interested in optimizing allocation of sample across strata and optimal methods of trimming/shrinking weights. I hold a BA (Hons.) with first class honours in Government and Judaic Studies from the University of Sydney, and an MA and Ph.D. in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies and Sociology from Brandeis University. The opinions expressed in this blog are my own and do not represent the positions of Abt SRBI Inc.
