About me

Introduction	I was born and raised in Idaho. Rusty was born and raised in New Mexico. We met at Boise State University, where he was on a wrestling scholarship and I was a page in the Idaho legislature. I was a senior in high school and only in Boise for 6 weeks and was staying in the same dorm Rusty lived in. I returned the next year as a full time student and we got married a year later on May 21, 1999, in the Manti, Utah temple. We both finished college, Rusty in Construction Management (2001) and me in respiratory therapy (2002). Our oldest daughter Kyleigh Dawn was born August 26, 2003. Our second daughter Katelyn Deon was born Nov. 18, 2006. Our son Ridge Michael was born February 6, 2010. We have lived in Idaho (twice), Utah, New Mexico, and now Hawaii. Rusty's brother Mike and his wife Holly and daughters Naiya and Aliya live about 8 minutes away from us. We feel so blessed to have them nearby. They have lived in all the same places as us. We don't know when we will leave Hawaii or where we will go next. The mystery adventure continues.
