| Introduction | Greetings from the Mountains! Thank you for visiting my blog. I am a wife, budding yogini, partner/friend to 17 companion animals, all rescues (4 mares, 9 dogs, 4 cats, 2 birds, part-time farmer (horses and vegetables), occasional photographer, and co-owner with my husband and best friend, David, of Above the Rest Cabins (http://www.abovetherestcabins.com), which provides mountain vacation log cabin rentals in Blue Ridge, GA, otherwise known as heaven. Like everyone else, my life is stressful, hectic, demanding, rewarding, depressing, frustrating, joyous... Here, you will find my musings, experiences, thoughts, tips on Blue Ridge happenings, adventures, animal and otherwise, and anything else that needs to be expressed.
