| Introduction | In his 30 years as a real estate professional, Frank has "seen it all." His 20 years as a US Army Officer prepared him well for the competitive nature of real estate sales. Frank currently sits on the Flagler County Economic Opportunity Council, whose mandate is to bring more jobs, revenue, and quality of life to our area. Frank and his partner, Maritssa Vazquez Zedar, enjoy their real estate sales profession at Parkside Realty Group, LLC in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach, FL. Frank has been a perennial Top Producing Sales Agent, sought after National Real Estate Trainer, and successful Sales Manager. Skilled as a Negotiator, Frank received his REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATION and MEDIATION CERTIFICATIONS in Cambridge from HARVARD LAW SCHOOL in 2003. While living overseas, having earned his MBA from GEORGIA TECH, he taught business and economics for the Univ. of Maryland - Heidelberg, Germany campus and also taught with George Mason Univ., in Fairfax, VA, while working at the Pentagon. During his off time today, you'll see him coaching and competing in CrossFit, at the local "box" - CrossFit BearCat. |
