| Introduction | I am a sparkly, feisty, passionate, stubborn 47 year old mom. I am a massage therapist and an Alexander Technique teacher. I started a Son-Rise program for my daughter Sarah, calling it Sarah-Rise. It has evolved over the years from part-time to full-time to life-style and very part-time. It has changed our lives for the better in a multitude of ways. My family and friends have been incredibly supportive and amazing. We have had the most phenomenally loving and creative volunteers and helpers that it boggles my mind and fills my heart. I write weekly updates to share the ups, downs, and all arounds. I share honestly about Sarah's progress and struggles, as well as my own. I also share about Sarah's amazing sister and my wonderful husband, since of course we are all on this journey together.
