| Introduction | I am excited to introduce myself to our new friends here at Cave Girl Shenanigans! I'm The Veggie Vixen (that's me on the left-with the mustache). I'm a wife, mother, teacher, farmer, accountant, personal shopper, chef and so many other things. Well, I'm not really all those things but I sure feel like it some days. I have a handsome and energetic son that will be turning nine very soon. He is a joy and a challenge, as all kids are, and through our rollercoaster of a life that comes with living with Autism I have learned more from him than he could ever learn from me. I also have a wonderful husband that helps me on this wild ride. We call our house "The Funny Farm" not only because crazy things are always going on but also because we have enough pets to start our own mini farm. We enjoy raising our son along with our four dogs, two bunny rabbits, and a small flock of hens that help supply us with fresh eggs every day. During the school year I teach sixth grade, specializing in reading and language arts. |
