Introduction	I am a writer, currently working on a variety of projects, from poetry and prose, to memoir, a play and several short stories. I am a joyfully married mother of six, an avid cook, reader, and artist. As an American-Muslim of mixed (African-American & Caucasian) heritage, I hold a unique perspective on Social, Political & Cultural matters in the US and around the world. I currently reside in Wichita, KS.
