| Introduction | The Prima HALAL Food Park is a concept of dedicated manufacturing of HALAL foods. Apart from observing and implementing the highest international food manufacturing standards and practices, it will strictly practice and observe the Islamic Syariah Laws in food production. The principle of blending the highest standard of quality and HALAL credibility will ensure that the products will be wholesome and HALAL. The first Prima HALAL Food Park in Gambang focusing on value added meat-based products for export, will be a fully integrated complex ensuring food security and HALAL monitoring in every facet of the manufacturing chain i.e from raw material to finished products including HALAL storage and delivery. It would be meeting the regulatory standards of certification and Good Manufacturing Practices of target countries. By developing Prima HALAL Food Park, Prima Export Foods Complex Sdn Bhd hopes to contribute towards capacity building in producing more varieties of HALAL foods by Malaysia for the world. |
