Introduction	Hi, my name is Ahmed Mujuthaba Mohamed. I'm a graduate in Bachelor of Health Science with a major in Sports and Exercise Science from New Zealand. My study was based on exercise prescription for special populations, exercise physiology and health, exercise therapy (or rehabilitation), sports nutrition, kinesiology/biomechanics of sports and sports/exercise medicine. I currently work in MNDF Coast Guard. The aim of this site is to throw out all the knowledge I gain in the field of Exercise Science to all those Maldivians in need of it. Keep fit!
