Introduction	DairyBullsOnline is a new concept in the marketing and distribution of semen in the AI industry. The idea behind this development is to reward the breeders of unique and highly marketable bulls. The breeder will be rewarded not only through financial incentive but also the recognition they deserve. DairyBullsOnline has been able to work with niche markets like polled and genomics for the progressive breeder. Roy MacGregor was the owner/operator of Arron Doon Holsteins until its dispersal in 2008. He now is involved with Venture Genetics and their focus on polled Holsteins. He brings the farmer/breeder perspective to the partnership as the breeder of well known bulls Mitey P and Magna P. Bryan Quanbury graduated from the University of Guelph with his B. Sc (Agr), majoring in Animal Science. He also has over 15 years experience in the AI industry as everything from a tech to sales to management. A key part of the development of DairyBullsOnline is the relationship with Nebraska Bull Service (NBS), a NAAB member. This is an excellent facility that has been in business since the early 60s. NBS has distribution capabilities and a great staff to care for the bulls and collect.
