Introduction	Q: What is this? A: These are advertisements taken from the 1986 World Defense Almanac, a special edition of 'Military Technology' which is a magazine "available to qualified circles within government, military related organisations and industries." Q: Why are you posting them? A: Because almost everyone I've ever shown them to has been amazed by them. It doesn't occur to most people that the tools of death (or should I say Freedom™) are advertised in glossy magazines with such nice graphics and great slogans.
