| Introduction | I am sight and mobility impaired, with the relatively new impairment of mild hearing loss, so I have a unique perspective of the experiences of people with disabilities. This blog gives an insight into life with disabilities and contains other interesting information. I also draw on my family life with my husband and our two children as that adds to our experiences. I have a great amount of experience in delivering awareness training through my previous role as Project Coordinator at Wiltshire Sight. I'm using this, and my lifetime experience of living with sight loss and mobility impairments to offer disability consultancy work to others. My overall goal is to inform individuals and to help businesses and organisations improve the services they offer so that they are inclusive of the diversities of everyone. |
