| Introduction | I grew up in a small town but was taught to believe in a BIG GOD by a loving, gentle-spirited grandfather. I hold a BA with honors from a University and diplomas from two Bible schools. As a songwriter/singer I've had over thirty songs recorded by various artists. (see My Web Page) I have traveled and shared the gospel across the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as a singer with "Living Sound, Intl" and on my own. Currently, I work as a Worship Pastor, Pastor of College/Young Singles and Director of Ministry Development. My journey took me into the Charismatic movement in the early 70's. My life and personal theology has been greatly changed through the years by Calvinist and Reformation writers that professed salvation by grace through faith. This has been the most liberating and transforming message I have encountered in my spiritual development, along with witnessing the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit as real, dynamic and available today, allowing me to drop the religious pretenses of performance-based living and embrace the freedom of peace with God apart from works. I am married to a beautiful, gifted woman who holds an MBA and never lets on she is smarter than me! |
