Introduction	I have always loved cooking, although I’ve never had any formal training unless you count Home Economics in school and various cooking classes I’ve taken. I have always been drawn to people to who share their culinary skills. I have three sisters, two daughters, mom and dad and nieces and nephews and everyone is an incredible cook. When we get together, you can be sure there will be an abundance of great food and good times. My inspiration for creating great dishes comes from my family, cooking shows on TV, and many chef friends I’ve had over the years. I hope to inspire others as I have been inspired - to cook unabashedly and with gusto.
