| Introduction | I have a head for science and a heart to help, that is why I'm an aspiring Genetic Counseling. As well as having the ultimate inspiration, Miss Jadalyn! I'm a proud mother of four beautiful girls, Jadalyn Angel (in heaven at five years, five months on 2/6/2009), Elizabeth "Lily" Madeline now 3 years old and our twin girls Violet and Poppy born in November 2010. I've been living in Ventura County for 10 years now after my first 31 years in the San Fernando Valley. My life changed dramatically when Jadalyn was born with a chromosome abnormality and hydrocephalus. She had major and serious health challenges and was one of the strongest people I have ever known. She has helped to stregnthen my inner self and to become a Mommy like I never imagined I would be. I've become familiar with the medical community as she had a specialist for every body part and had PT, OT and Vision therapy weekly. I found a new passion, medicine and science. She was my miracle girl and will always be the big sister to Elizabeth. Now that Jadalyn has passed away another chapter of my life has begun. Not sure where it will lead, I am just fully surrendering it to God. |
