| Introduction | Ryan is a PA native living in Tampa, Florida. She has been married and to her husband, Jose for four great years and is in love with her son Christian and English Bulldog, Dozer. She earned her degree in communications at Florida International University and Masters degree from University of Phoenix. From there, Gonzalez interned for the Miami New Times and PG Creative Advertising, based in Coral Gables. In these roles, she gained much experience in working with clients as well as playing a major role in the company’s strategic direction, including planning major events. She then began working at Big Brothers Big Sisters,where she has played a major role in the company's growth. Currently, Ryan manages a development team at a private school, Academy Prep, where she helps to raise 2.1 million dollars annually by running corporate galas and events. Gonzalez has done it all, from managing major campaigns, to helping plan Galas, Golf Tournaments, to small luxury events. On the side, she even managed to help plan weddings for family and friends. Following her dream to turn her success into a business, she earned her wedding planner certification in 2008. |
