| Introduction | I am an attorney in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area with the law firm, Schnitker & Associates, P.A. I practice primarily in the areas of relocation law and eminent domain with an emphasis on minimum compensation claims and commercial relocation clients. Additional practice areas include real estate law and civil litigation. My experience includes administrative appeal hearings, commissioners' hearings, bench and jury trials and extensive appellate litigation. Additionally, I am on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute and I am a contributing author for numerous Continuing Legal Education courses on the issues of minimum compensation and the Uniform Relocation Act. |
