| Introduction | Hi, I’m Courtney. I am a wife & mom of two little girls. I live in Reno, Nevada, and I love it! I own a business called Gourmet Rooster. I sell fruit spreads, bbq sauces, salad dressings and savory spreads that are all natural and made in small batches, the old fashioned way. I also co-own a "co-packing" facility. This just means we cook and bottle other people's products. Do you need a recipe developed? Or web content? I would love to help! I have developed recipes for many companies, both large and small. If you have a product, but need fun and new ways to use it, let me know! I also write a weekly column for the Reno Gazette Journal's Food Section called Courtney's Kitchen. Every recipe I do, whether it is in the RGJ or here will be relatively easy and accessible. You will be able to do it even if you are trying to prevent a toddler from “playing football” with a small dog at the same time. Or breaking up fights between two head strong sisters.
