Introduction	In April 2012 my 7 year old daughter and I decided to join my husband on an adventure in Borneo (he had already been experiencing the adventure for 2 years without us). We packed up our house in Australia, said goodbye to friends and family and left to experience the unknown. On bad days I wonder what the hell I was thinking, dragging princess pants to the jungle. Other days I am in awe that we actually live here, so far away from everything I know.
