| Introduction | After successfully completing the research master Behavioural Science at the Radboud University Nijmegen in 2012, I started working as a PhD-student at the University of Twente. Here, I found the topic I am truly passionate about: sustainable educational change and its determinants, such as teachers' learning processes, their professional relationships and how they use those for knowledge sharing. I use both quantitative and qualitative data in my research.
