| Introduction | Hi, My name is Mikaela Cannon and I live in British Columbia, Canada. I respectfully and gratefully acknowledge that I am on the unceded and ancestral lands of the Secwépemc and Syilx-Okanagan people. I spend my days foraging for plants with my family. I feel the most at peace when I'm with my family in the woods learning about and connecting with the land around us. I experience huge gratitude for our planet and her bountiful gifts.
