| Introduction | I am a 31-year old wife and stay-at-home mom. I strive very hard to maintain a certain sense of self apart from those two roles. I love being in my 30s and I love staying home with my little dude, although I admit that there are moments when I miss the working, professional special ed teacher that I am by trade. I constantly strive to raise a healthy, independent, yet sensitive son in a world that gets increasingly more scary. I live right outside the nation's capital and love every bit of the fast-paced craziness that is "Northern Virginia." Well, everything except the traffic. Oh and one more thing...I care way too much about what other people think. |
