Introduction I've recently delved headlong into the terribly rewarding world of at-home cheesemaking. I've been a cook and bread baker for years and make everything from jams to bar-be-cue to pastries to ethnic foods, but cheese is something of a new tangent for me and has been, in all honesty, the most gratifying of all my kitchen endeavors to date.
