Introduction	Barbara Maker, ASID Allied member, has over 20 years experience in the design field. Born in Rochester, NY, she obtained a degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse University. Barbara started her design career as an associate at Ethan Allen, and from there she operated her own successful design business for a period of 16 years. In that capacity, she specialized in creating models with many well-known builders as well as high end private clients. Her Florida projects have ranged from private homes to upscale condominiums. Her design aesthetic includes contemporary, traditional and transitional styles.
