| Introduction | My name is Ben and I'm the Shugyosha Tiger, a vagabond adventurer prowling the suburban jungle looking to find out simple truths through the martial arts missions that I make up. This blog is just a journal really, and a rather small way for me to give back to my microcosm of the Universe and the beautiful people that support my endeavors. Training is meant to be humbling, and I hope that the blog reflects this. There is no point in applying reason and analysis to techniques without backing it up with hard training. My only intention is further development through the challenge of laying it all on the line, all of the time.
