| Introduction | I love building and maintaining connections with others. I am hoping the work I do professionally lends itself to that. In my personal life it's all about connections as well. Mindfulness matters in all of this. It is not always easy, but it's always worth it. Helping children and families find their inner strength and reach their potential.
