| Introduction | My blogging on bysykling.com is a rather geeky love affair with the concept of inspired, urban utility bicycles and smarter everyday transportation. Living in Oslo, Norway, I'm surrounded by a cycling culture obsessed with sport and competition - and only a very few souls pushing the movement for bicycling as alternative transportation. I believe we need more bikes for people who are not into bikes, bikes for people that simply need a smarter way to get around town. They need useful bikes that can carry more stuff, that are fun, simple and easy to ride. I’ll try showcasing a few of those here. By the way; "bysykling" is the Norwegian word for "urban bicycling" (By = City, Sykling = Bicycling). But you already guessed that, didn't you? |
