| Introduction | Cartwheel Foundation, Inc. was born in 1999. We are a non- religious, non-stock, non-profit organization that partners with individuals and organizations who believe that education is key to economic development. Our main goals are to increase literacy rates and improve self-sufficiency by establishing schools; training teachers for young children; supporting scholars in pre-school and college, and providing adults with opportunities and skills to achieve economic growth and prosperity. We also provide emergency feeding and medical services when a community's malnutrition levels are deemed critical.
