Introduction	I consider myself a normal woman in my 30's who has suffered a lifetime of stomach issues. These are mainly stomach aches, diarrhea, and heartburn. I finally decided that enough is enough, so starting January 1, 2011, I am planning on changing my lifestyle regarding eating. I plan to find out what foods cause me pain (instead of assuming or guessing) as well as overall healthier eating. We are cutting out things such as processed foods. I hope this lifestyle change will make me feel better and hopefully lose a few pounds too!
