About me

IntroductionI was born and raised in Ashton, Idaho. There I learned to ski in the winter and fish in the summer. I worked in the fields as a teenager, moving sprinkler pipes and helping with the annual potato harvest in the fall. I attended a year of college at Ricks College and then was called to serve in the Southeast Mexican Mission. (this mission now encompasses the Veracruz, Puebla, Oaxaca, Tuxtla-Gutierrez areas) Upon returning home, I attended BYU and graduated with a bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies. I then worked toward my masters degree at BYU. I received a Masters of Public Administration degree and began my career in health care administration where I worked for 31 years, 29 of those for Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City.
InterestsGlenys Clark was born in St. Joseph, Missouri to Madge Stickler and James Franklin (Jack) Randall. She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1970 and attended one year at Missouri Western University, then traveled to Provo, Utah to attend Brigham Young University where she met Bruce. She has a degree in English and enjoyed participating in the Orchesis Modern Dance Company and the International Folk Dancers while at the Y. She kept busy after college raising 5 children, Brian, Melanie, Nathan, Annette, and Spencer. She has worked out of the home at various times: as a substitute teacher in both Granite and Jordan School Districts, as a computer lab assistant in the English Department at Copper Hills High School, and most currently as an aide in the counseling office at South Jordan Middle School. She has also taught dance in their home and has been involved with Girl Scouts, Young Women, Cub Scouts, Primary, and Relief Society. She loves to read, work in the garden and swim. Bruce and Glenys have 3 grandchildren.
